Sheraton Grand Rapids Airport Hotel, Grand Rapids

I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. We had to pre-pay, which was frustrating, and then two family members were left without reservations despite having confirmations. The rooms were not as clean as expected, and one of the air conditioners didn’t work. On the bright side, I appreciated the breakfast vouchers we received after some insistence, and the staff at the front desk was friendly when addressing our issues.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The rooms were nicely updated and clean, and I really appreciated the friendly demeanor of the staff throughout my visit. However, the service in the dining area was lacking during breakfast, which detracted from the experience. Additionally, the check-in process was a bit chaotic and seemed unorganized, which was off-putting. Overall, there's potential here, but certain areas need improvement.

Overall, it's a decent place if you just need a spot close to the airport, but don't expect anything modern or exciting.
